Bacto-Yeast extract

NaCl

Casamino acids
1 g
MgSO4.7H2O
2 g
Add distilled H2O to make a final volume of
1 L

  • Adjust the pH to 7.0 with 5 N NaOH (0.2 ml).
  • Sterilize by autoclaving for 20 minutes at 15 lb/ in2.
