| 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) |
500 ul of 1 M Tris-HCl
|
| 15 mM NaCl |
30 ul of 5 M NaCl
|
| 100% Glycerol |
5 ml
|
| Distilled H2O |
4.5 ml
|
Heat to 100oC for 15 minutes.
Cool slowly to room temperature
Dispense into aliquotes and store at -20oC.
