Equilibrate the mixture by extracting 3-5 times with 0.1 M Tris-HCl (pH 7.6) or TE (pH 7.6).
Store the equilibrated mixture under an equal volume of 0.01 M
Tris-HCl (pH 7.6) at 4oC in dark glass bottles.
