Transfer the solution to a dark bottle and store at room temperature.
Alternatively, wrap the tube by aluminum foil.
Ethidium bromide is light sensitive.
Working solution = 0.5 ug/ml
Ethium bromide is
mutagen
and must be handled carefully.
