T7 RNA Polymerase

T7 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase with a high specificity for T7 promoter sequences. The enzyme will incorporate 3H, 32P and 35S-labeled nucleotide triphosphates.




5 X Buffer
200 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.9)
30 mM MgCl2
10 mM Spermidine
50 mM NaCl
