T3 RNA Polymerase

T3 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase which exhibits extremely high specificity for T3 promoter sequences. The enzyme will incorporate 32P, 35S and 3H-labeled nucleotide triphosphates.




5 X Buffer
200 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.9)
30 mM MgCl2
10 mM Spermidine
50 mM NaCl
